Lord, my desire is to put you first. From the moment I wake up, I praise you for your goodness. In a life of busyness and constant planning, may my heart and mind be fixed on you. I want you above every situation or circumstance, every trial and every triumph. By your Holy Spirit’s care, help me to put you first. Help me to surrender all other priorities to you. I shall have no idols above you. I put my trust in your good name, for you will never leave me. Continue to show me how to let go of every other daily occurrence and set my eyes upon you. May my lips glorify the name of Jesus all the days of my life. In His precious name I pray, amen.
